Fused Angelina fibers form the sun’s halo, which is held in place with French knots of varigated Perle cotton.
My family’s rules are printed with Pigma ink on the background. The piece is quilted using “chicken scratch” quilting in Perle cotton. Some details (like the shading on our dog, Sophie, are added with fabric paints and dyes.
